Private bed/private bath on a quiet street in San Pedro, room can be furnished or unfurnished, as I have a full bed frame available. Newly remodeled home, we have an in house washer and dryer, as well as cooking appliances such as rice cooker, air fryer ninja creami etc you’d be able to use

We are a couple with a 17lb frenchie (sorry no other pets). We love to go to the gym hike watch tv/movies. I am a full time employee at a hospital and my bf works remotely unless he’s doing side gigs. My mom lives nearby and will watch my dog when we both are not home so she won’t really ever be left home alone and we can def respect your space. She usually stays by my side if we’re home. We train at a gym 4x a week and compete in powerlifting. We’d love to have a roommate who is clean, respectful and self-aware/considerate. We are open to anyone living here!
