I have a 3 bedroom apartment have two empty bedrooms, both rooms will be available around 5/15 to move in. There are 2 Bedrooms available. Washer and dryer in basement free for use. 1 parking space available in private lot(street parking can be hard so that’s a plus)
Must have rental references and proof of income to afford. No pets allowed. Rent will be split: $1800 and electric runs about $200 a month and cable internet runs $100.
I just expect to respect one another. Clean up after yourself and our bedrooms will be our bedrooms no admittance without permission of course.
