Private Area: The basement is mostly unused, aside from the laundry room, which is shared. The bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room all have separate doors, ensuring a lot of privacy for the tenant. There is also a spacious backyard with a patio and grill.
Pets: We already have pets in the house, so no dogs or cats. Caged animals (birds, lizards, etc.) are welcome.

About the space: Private room with private bathroom available in our home. We’re looking for one roommate who is calm, respectful, and genuinely kind.

We are a small family with a young child, and we value a home that feels peaceful, predictable, and safe for everyone. This is not a party house, but it is a caring and considerate home. It’s best suited for someone who is comfortable around children and understands that some normal family noise is part of daily life.

The available space is a private bedroom and a private bathroom. Shared areas include the kitchen and laundry room. Common areas are available for use, with the understanding that they are primarily family spaces and are used with consideration for our child’s routines. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable sharing space thoughtfully and doesn’t expect a highly social household.

This is a substance-free home. We prioritize reliability, clear communication, and mutual respect, and we’re hoping to find someone who values the same.

Hi! I’m Stasia, and this is our home — me, my husband Brandon, and our young child, who is super sweet (but, like any young child, has her moments). We also have two dogs and a cat, so our home is full of pets and energy.

I work from home, so I’m around often, though usually not available except on my days off. Brandon works for a warehouse with early morning / late-night shifts, so he’s often gone during the day. When we’re not working, we enjoy window shopping, going to the dog park, family movie nights, and sometimes roasting s’mores on our tabletop fire.

We’re private people and don’t have a lot of company over, but occasionally we do host guests. Brandon is a huge Green Bay Packers fan, so you can expect football on the TV throughout the season. We all love to laugh and have a good time.

We also value a clean and safe home and expect anyone living here to treat the space and us with respect, which we will respect you in return!
