Update: Not accepting new housemates until a reliable, publicly available Covid-19 vaccine becomes available. Date listed is an estimated guess of May 2021 (which was in the edits, but the public posting only shows month and day-not year. Wanted to clear this up if there is confusion and folks think perhaps this is May of this year! Don’t want anyone unnecessarily wasting precious time and energy contacting me for a room which is not currently available. As a healthcare professional w/family who are severely immunocompromised, I do not want to add any other circles of people and added risk of exposure at the present time. I also don’t want to risk anyone else w/me being in the hospital & doing homecare, despite strict PPE & hygiene measures! Thanks for understanding & good luck in your room search!)

Also, despite this site saying preferred gender we are only taking Female (cis or trans) or Enby housemates now, per house meeting agreement!

Bedroom available in 4 br house. 2 full baths. Washer/dryer. Back yard. Living room, dining room, office, attic/basement/shed.
