Large room approximately 240 square feet on the first floor with a private bath. The square foot does not include the bathroom. Room and bath were just renovated. Small refrigerator/freezer in room. Washer and dryer in laundry room in hall shared with another room. Centrally located to where you want to be in Charleston. Located 2 miles from the beach (Sullivans Island); 2 minutes to the Mark Clark Expressway; 10 minutes to downtown Charleston. Walking distance to Starbucks, The Red Drum restaurant, and Golds Gym. Shared space includes a living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a separate outside entry into the room from the side of the house. Room is unfurnished but a bed frame and mattress may be available, if needed. Room is connected to the central system but a mini-split system is in the room so you can heat/cool the room to your liking. There is a dog on premises. Ask about security deposit.

I work from home but am gone some days of the week. I have an active mixed breed dog.
