💕 About ME: I am a Filipina Nurse looking to rent 2 of my 4 bedrooms to someone who who can understand and respect my Filipino cultured home. Watch a few stand-up comedy shows on Netflix from “JoKoy”, and you’ll have a slight understanding.

But put very simply, the Filipino culture is about respect and consideration. Thoughtful consideration means respecting others’ space and property. But in our Filipino culture, consideration goes above and beyond this. For instance, If I see trash, even if it’s not mine, I will pick it up. If the trash is getting full, I will take it out. If the counters are unclean (and it wasn’t because of me), I will still clean it (I will not WAIT for the responsible party to clean it). If I use the kitchen, I will do my business quickly, clean up after myself, and allow others to have privacy to use the kitchen. If someone else is in the kitchen when I need I need to use the kitchen, I will wait my turn, to allow them privacy. Most importantly, I give everyone the benefit of the doubt regardless of the circumstances. I hold no grudges.

The monthly price and/or Security deposit will be dependent on your circumstances. I’m happy to work with anyone who needs help. I’m happy to discuss your finances and living situation with you.

❥ I’m not renting my rooms to make dough or a huge profit. Therefore, I’m not desperate to rent my rooms to just anyone. I pick and choose my awesome roomies! And I enforce rules (nothing crazy) very kindly because rules keep order, cleanliness, and consideration for everyone living in the household.
