You have access to all common areas. We also have our own washer and dryer that you may use. The neighborhood has a community pool open all year around which you will have access to. We also have plenty of parking spots. The ideal candidate would be a working professional who is responsible, clean, and considerate of others. We initially had this house as an Airbnb in 2015. After getting to meet so many people from different parts of the world, we decided to have something a bit more stable and long-term. We have had many people from different countries and states reside here for new job opportunities or continuing education. It is always a pleasure getting to know someone and aiding them in their transition to a new city. We had individuals that are reserved and to themselves and others that are more social and outgoing. No matter how sociable a person is, our priority is to respect everyone’s privacy and ensure the comfort of our roommates and guests.
