About the room

I have a condo and renting one of the bedroom. Its a month to month lease. The room is fulling furnished. It comes with a queen size bed, dresser and has a walk-in closet. It also comes with a 42inch tv and Dish tv service on it. The room is in excellent shape. You will also have a parking spot in my driveway for your car. Car must not be leaking oil. Looking for a “dayshift “(40 hours a week)fulltime person at a company. Also ,looking for a non smoker and that includes no vaping or weed. One person only for the room
You will have a bathroom for your own use. A washer and dryer is also available for you. I also live in a gated community also. The cross streets are Coran Lane and Simmons street.
About the roomies
I’m a male and a quite person and looking for a other quite person. I’m a non smoker. The condo will only be for myself and one other person. Looking for a full time employed with day time work hours. This helps me to keep my utilities low during the hot summer days in las vegas. Also looking for that person to get renter’s insurance at move in.
