I have a room opening up in my 3-bed, 2.5-bath home, looking for a 3rd roomie! The house is fully furnished with a comfortable living and dining area, a big TV in the living room, and a new project design for a home library/game room. There’s also a large backyard, and the house sits right next to some great hiking trails, which makes it feel peaceful without being remote. Everything you need is close by — shopping and groceries are under 10 minutes away, the community college and malls are about 15 minutes, and downtown and the major university are less than 25 minutes. It’s a nice balance of quiet, comfort, and convenience.

There is one other roommate in addition to myself. I am a very outdoorsy and artsy person. I am usually hiking, camping, making art, or updating the house! The other roommate is a sweetheart, she’s a homebody who enjoys crafts, cooking and playing video games. We also have a house dog, she is a laid back rescue dog.
