We live in a fantastic area. Great house 5 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms and a private half bath. Our neighborhood is locationally near all major shopping centers, schools, work places, central markets, movie theaters, gas stations 5min from connecting highway main I-35 highways, Hospitals and much more.
Beautiful parks and trails for biking and hiking all within minutes from the house. We have a large spacious backyard with garden spaces for grilling BBQ area and a infrared sauna which is great for relaxing.
The room is very large with its own private half bathroom and inclosed kitchennette, workspace, with smart TV and king-size bed and has its own central ac/heating system.
I am the Landlord and live on the property. I’ve been hosting over the past several years, many friends, travelers, families, exchange students with both long term and short-term visits. Presently we have 2 female roommates.
