About the room
The views are amazing. It has a deck on the Intracoastal to watch sunset, a very nice and ample terrace. The balcony on the apartment is a great place to sit and chill. The beach access is across the street. It has a nice pool, there are three grills available to use and almost always there’s one available. It comes with an assigned parking space, covered. The property is located in a residential neighborhood and the beach is just across the street. The boardwalk goes all the way south to South Beach and South Pointe, and to the north, to Bal Harbour. Two blocks away there’s a convenience store, and a shopping area is about 4 blocks. Access to the I-195 highway is 8 minutes away. There’s plenty of transportation available, free and paid, and ride-share services arrive usually in less than 5 minutes.
About the roomies
I am a professional who works in Information Technology by myself. Usually I am at home in the mornings and visit clients during the afternoon. I’m clean, love cooking and usually go to bed at about 10 PM and wake up early to go to the beach and/or exercise. I’m easy going, very handy and willing to help all of the time.
