Looking for a cozy and welcoming place to call home? We have a spacious bedroom available for rent in my 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the charming West End neighborhood. As the homeowners, we’ll be living here as well, and we’re looking for a considerate and dependable renter to share this comfortable space with. The bedroom offers 148 square feet of living space on the first floor, featuring ample natural light and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The shared bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, and the kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and disposal, making meal preparation a breeze.

Additional amenities include oil heating (cost shared between us), high-speed internet access, and a washer/dryer for in-unit laundry convenience. The property is smoke-free for a clean and healthy living space, and both the room and shared spaces come fully furnished, ready for immediate occupancy. The outdoor area is well-maintained, providing a welcoming and relaxing environment.

Water, electricity, and oil heating costs will be split between us. Move-in requirements include the first month’s rent and a security deposit.
