About the room
Brand new 3 bedroom 2 bath home i just purchased and settle in mid January. 2 car garage, plenty of space. I put shared bathroom because it is inbeteeen the 2 front bedrooms but is essentially ypurs as I only plan to rent to one person. Located about 3 or so miles to downtown and Oak Island. Friendly and safe neighborhood. Access to all.parts of the home. Room can come furnished or unfinished.
About the roomies
I will be the only person living there. I am easy going and not home all that much as I own a restaurant in Holden Beach. Iām clean and always respectful.
