I typically have only one friend over at a time, and I need a co-tenant who is comfortable with this minimal level of hosting and respects the need for a quiet home.

Communication & Documentation: I prefer to handle all important house issues, financial updates, and major complaints in writing (email or documented chat) to ensure clarity and a shared record. Daily quick needs can be text/verbal.

Privacy: I maintain a dedicated workspace on the property that requires a high level of privacy and security.
