The room is a cute studio apartment, it’s a 10 min walk from Powell Bart station, has a lil ledge you can sit on out the window (fire escape lol), a big walk in closet enough for two people to share, a cat is welcome, no laundry onsite but there is on down the street, all utilities are included in price except internet ( my friend was living here and it is the cutest place!)

Hi! My name is Lucy, I am 19 years old currently working downtown as a barista. I am vegan but I definitely don’t mind a roommate who is not. I do drink occasionally and smoke (weed) not an everyday thing though. I would love to live with someone around 18-25 just so we get a long since it’s a small place.
