No Pets. Home is on 2.5 acres with beautiful views of the mountains, city lights. It’s in a rural, peaceful setting just 2 miles from I-15. Commute to the VA - Fort Harrison or St. Peters hospital is easy…mostly interstate. This is a very safe location on a culdesac with 5 other homes. Bedroom is furnished with bedding (new linens purchased for each renter), 50“ smart TV with high speed fiber internet, sit/stand computer desk inside bedroom. Shared living room, kitchen, laundry, bbq outside. There is only one person living in the home (owner) and works for the State of Montana. Bathroom would be “occasionally shared” by house guests. Owner has master bath. It is a beautiful setting to relax after a stressful work day. Home is close to lakes and rivers for recreation.
About the roomies
Occasionally I rent out a second room but try to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone.
