Current lease ends 8/20. Both my roommate & I are leaving this apartment, so I’m looking for someone to transfer the lease to. rent & bills come to ~$1500/mo, so $750 each when you get a roommate.
I have a great place in the vb oceanfront area, 1 block from the beach. It’s on the 9th floor so you get a good view as well. Everything is clean & well-maintained, and you’re on atlantic, so you’re walking distance from everything.
