About the room
Large fully furnished room with private bathroom in a secluded, guarded, clean, quiet, private complex of townhomes. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, night stand, dresser, clock, and large screen TV. Rent includes all utilities (electricity, gas, water, trash, and sewer). Rent also includes fast speed internet. Use of the kitchen and laundry room are included as well. A reserved parking space may be available if the tenant drivers license is updated to the current address. HOA does not allow parking in complex without a driver license update. The townhome location is close to I-5, Hwy 22, Disneyland, shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores. Room is available starting July 13. The complex has a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ grill. The complex was built in 2010 and has security available 24 hours a day.
About the roomies
Two professionals occupy the other two bedrooms, ages 35 and 65. Property owner lives in one of the rooms. The other roommate has lived in the property for over 1 year and is polite, respectful, and private.
