About the room

I am a friendly and laid back person with no kids and no pets. I have a nice townhouse in Scottsdale that’s close to everything (freeway, parks, shopping, entertainment, restaurants, etc.)! I’m looking for one other person to share my space. The home is in the central part of the complex and overlooks the pool. My ideal roommate will have a full-time job NOT working from home, someone who takes pride in a clean environment, is friendly, respectful, and honest. The room is currently furnished with a bed, nightstand, TV stand, and bookcase, the bathroom is private, and all utilities are included. The agreement will be month to month. I own the townhouse. Oh, and this is a legitimate ad; I’m definitely looking for a roommate.
