Public Transportation: If you prefer not to walk, you can take a bus from the NoMa Metro station. Both Bus 90 and Bus 92 run almost 24/7 and arrive every 10-15 minutes, depending on the weather and metro schedule. These buses will drop you off right in front of the home.

If you’re looking to explore popular areas like U Street Corridor, Gallery Place/Chinatown, Adams Morgan, Dupont Circle, or downtown during the weekend for nightlife, parties, or meeting new friends, these buses (90,92,X2 )can get you there in just 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.

You’ll be sharing a space with the roommate or condo owner. They are rarely around, which means you’ll mostly have the place to yourself. I am a young professional who works from home. There is no smoking, weed, drugs and pets or partying allowed in the house.

To maintain a clean and comfortable living environment, a mandatory professional cleaning will be scheduled each month. The cost for each cleaning is $45. Payment can be made via cash, Venmo, or Zelle.​ Rent
