I have one room available starting today. I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful and considerate. Cozy townhome, zoned to FBISD, great location close to HWY 59 south, and Beltway 8, in a great neighborhood, 2 car garage, newly remodeled downstairs floors. Tub and shower, double sink on the second floor and a half bathroom on the first floor. In unit, washer and dryer.
Utilities split are gas and electric. Deposit due at signing. No smoking allowed indoors but patio and outside areas are fine. No pet allowed policy. Background check required.
