The bedrooms are all separated, providing lots of privacy. Kitchen (you have your own cabinets) and common areas are furnished, includes washer/dryer. You have your own parking spot.
I have a family member that works in town and stays Friday night through Sunday morning. She usually comes in around 9:30 after work and is only there a short time Saturday/Sunday mornings.
Located close to the Library, Farmers Market, and a short walking distance to Thorpe Park, Frances Short (Duck) Pond, downtown, and NAU. This home is one of the few in downtown with a large grassy backyard surrounded by fruit trees and a greenhouse.
