We are looking for a quiet roommate to share in our three bedroom, two bathroom home in Rincon. There is currently two people residing in the home; one couple (the owners). Your bathroom is private, the only exception is if guests visit, or if a second roomate comes, which we are not currently seeking.. Our household is quiet and respectful. We care for the overall condition of the house, but please clean up after yourself. If you can do that, that is a huge thing to us. (Not leaving personal items/food/dishes out, cleaning up after your cooking) We do not take a deposit, but we do require rent to be prepaid each month. (Upon moving in, you pay a month’s rent right away. If you leave halfway through the month, you get half month’s rent back)

The room is on the smaller side, so it is ideal for one person.

We are looking for someone who has and maintains their own reliable transportation, and preferably someone who either works full time and/or has their own active lifestyle.

Please no illegal drugs on the premises. We have one cat indoors, and ducks and geese outdoors, but we cannot allow other pets.

Details- The room has a queen bed with brand new sheets/blanket and pillows for you to use during your stay, a closet, nightstand, office table and chair, and a dresser. We have a washer and dryer for you to use as well as a full kitchen you’re welcome to use. Food is not shared, you will have your own cabinet for your own food items. We have high speed internet which is included in your stay.

If everything looks good to you, we would love to set up an interview with you on or after January 4th. Weekends are preferable for interviews. Please contact us for any questions, we are all about communication. We want to make sure we get someone compatible with each other’s lifestyles.

The neighborhood is very pleasant and peaceful.

Both of us work full time. We are easy going and quiet. At night time, it is totally silent so we respect everyone else’s sleep for work the next day. None of us smoke or vape, if you do then please do so outside. We have our own hobbies and mind our own business, but we will be glad to engage in everyday friendly conversation if you like to chat.
