The unit is 2 bed 2 bath on the second floor with a lot of parking near the unit. We have 1 bed 1 bath available that can be private or shared with one other person. The rent listed does not include utilities (we haven’t set that up yet, sorry!). The unit is located near the I-5 and 405. You would be sharing the common areas with me and one other roommate. There’s a pool, onsite gym, and laundry sites in the community that you will have access to.

Hi! You would be sharing the unit with me and Kelsey, who’s sharing the other room with me. We both are college students attending UCI and Stanbridge. We’re both pretty clean and will clean up after ourselves. For the most part, we’ll keep to ourselves and respect your privacy and personal space.
