Renting month to month or 6 or 12 months. Large yard, outdoor seating- pets welcome. Huge living room and roommate does not use it much they tend to stay to themselves in room. Private bathroom (yours is shown in pics as well as your room). Bathroom is decorated but you can remove it and decorate to your liking if you wish. Large tv if you need it for your room. Space for one car of your own in driveway. Space for some storage in garage. Also the room comes with a second full sized closet in the hallway for belongings or clothing etc. if you are a couple rent is 550 all bills paid.

One 30 year old roommate, but I am gone 4 out of 7 days of the week in Tulsa. Two dogs one mostly outdoor cat but all three animals move out this month and back to Tulsa. Roommate is a gamer, entrepreneur and very chill. We are not clean freaks but the main space is shared so if you’re going to be yucky keep it in your room or bathroom pls. Laundry room on site.
