All Utilities are included in rent. (water, gas, electric, garbage, wifi, etc) Nested in quiet sherwood area, 3bd/2 1/2 bath property. Bedroom is furnished with full/ queen sized bed, mirror, and build in closet. Shared bathroom.

About the roomies

This is outside shoes free home. (I am Japanese) Free to use any kitchen items. Just clean after you use. Small child allowed. Partner is welcome to stay, but if it is total over 5 days per month, I will charge $10/day for utilities. Prefer 6 month/ 1 year term.
