A three-level renovated townhouse in a pleasant, family-friendly neighborhood in Gaithersburg 20886 (eastern wing toward Burnham Hills). All utilities and internet will be included, you will have your own room and own full bathroom (on your own floor), and extra parking space included too. You will share the kitchen and living room with me. Your room will be furnished as pictured (the personal belongings are of my current roommate and will not be there), living room and kitchen is definitely furnished. The community has access to 6 pools over the summer and other amenities like tennis courts. Please no smokers, no pets and I will only rent to a female. I am flexible on the length of stay, I ask for a minimum of 6 months.

I am a 31 year old female, I own the property and live there. I keep my home tidy and clean, and I’m not noisy (aka no parties). I’m seeking another female to rent my spare bedroom upstairs. A bonus if you like to casually socialize, but it’s not necessary if you prefer to keep to yourself, I will totally respect it :)
