The unit has a washer and dryer so no need to go out for laundry access to a pool and a gym by leasing by the office. It’s a no smoking property complex but I’ve never seen or heard of a complain I see people going outside the fence to smoke.
About the roomies
I have a 50/50 custody with a Minor 3yrs old she loves animals so they’re welcome. Ill ask to keep clean and have the Minor in mind no drama will be appreciated.
