We have a house in the Presidential Park neighborhood in Riverside and are looking to rent out one of our rooms. The house was built within the last 15 years and has all new appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer). Whomever is renting from us are welcome to use the laundry and kitchen (as long as spaces are used respectfully and things are kept clean).

The home is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. The tenant(s) would have their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is in a gated neighborhood. We are open to female or male tenants and couples are ok. We do have the ability to partially furnish the room if tenant(s) are wanting furnishings.

The house is in a great location - right off of the 91 and very close to Cal Baptist University. It is also very close to RCC, Tyler Mall, a local park, etc. Rent is $850 including utilities/internet and HOA facility access (pool/spa).

We are looking for renter(s) that are: working professional/full time job or student, responsible, respectful, and clean/tidy. No parties, drugs, or smoking. No dogs. Cats may be considered. We are looking for short-term renters only: our ideal is someone who is wanting to rent for 6 months or less.

Currently living in the home is myself and my wife. We are both full-time working professionals. We have one cat who is friendly and social. We are nature enthusiasts and keep a clean, quiet home.
