Room for rent in a beautiful Fallbrook community. I am young professional looking for someone to fill the last bedroom of the house. You will have full access to all of the community areas (fully furnished house with all the kitchen stuff you’d need, etc) and your own private bedroom (comes unfurnished). The room is currently empty and is being re-painted and available no later than the 15th. The entire house has been remodeled in the last year with a very modern update. Located less than a mile from the naval weapon stations gate with your own private entrance, you never have to use the front door if you don’t want to.

We are all very respectful of one another’s space and expect the same of ours in return. Everyone works full time and has active social lives outside of the home. Non-partying household in a quiet community right outside Camp Pendleton. No pets, couples, and no smoking in the house (we have 2 dogs already so this isn’t negotiable).
