This is a recently renovated 3 bed / 2 bath home that is located in Central Irving (75060). We are 10 min from DWF Airport, 2 min from grocery stores, and 5 min from libraries and rec centers. Neighborhood is quiet with street/driveway parking.

This bedroom will come furnished with a queen bed, desk & office chair, and a dresser. There will be a shared bathroom with one other roommate. You will have full access to the laundry, kitchen, living, and dining spaces. There is a shared fridge for you and another roommate. All bills are included in rent. We have additional amenities that can be discussed further if you are interested!

One couple (M/F) currently live here. They are both in their mid-20s, working 9-5, and do recreational activities after work. Very quiet and respectful. No pets, smoking, or drinking. They enjoy cooking and cleaning after ourselves
