The room – It gets natural light for most of the day. It can be partially furnished, but if you have your own furniture, we can have the furniture removed. It has LOTS of space (please see the photos) and two closets. It can get hot during the summer and there’s no air conditoner. But you are certainly welcome to bring your own! There is no heating either (sorry!). But I lived here for 5 years and loved it despite this major inconvenience.

Lease – You will be subleasing the space for a month, with the option of renewing the lease for a year at the end of July. You will have to undergo a background check and meet with the landlord before you move in.

The Apartment – The apartment is located in a 3-unit house. It is very quiet and peaceful. It is an ideal place for anyone seeking a quiet environment for studying. The landlord lives nearby and is super responsive! There is a small friendly dog in the apartment. But for the most part, you won’t hear him or see him. Please also note that there’s no washer or dryer. The laundromat is very close by, though.

You–Since the other roommates are female, we would like the third tenant to be a female as well. We are all clean, quiet, and respectful. And we expect the same qualities in our new roommate.

The roommates – You will have two female roommates. We both work and/or go to school. We are very clean and very quiet, and we seek the same qualities in our third roommate.
