My husband and I are looking for someone to take over our lease at University Riverside Gardens due to some unexpected circumstances. You can do one bed space for $705 a month or the entire room for $1410. The property is pet friendly and it is a unisex unit. There is another couple that the unit is shared with, and they have their own private room and bathroom. This is the master bedroom with a connected bathroom. All utilities are included expect for electricity. This is a student community, mainly for UCR students.
