This is a 2 bedroom 2 living rooms 2 bath house. You will have a fully furnished private king bedroom with your own bathroom (shared with your guests alone) and a connected secondary living room/dinning room that can close for privacy when desired. The house is ADT secured and located a mile from downtown Pensacola and 15 minutes to Pensacola Beach! The shared areas include: the kitchen and dinning area, fenced yard with a patio bar, front porch, laundry room, guest bathroom, family room and secondary living/ dinning room (when not in use). The inside of the house is smoke free but you may smoke on the patios. There is also room to park 3 vehicles inside the gate or plenty of parking along the road side or grass parking lot.

My husband and I are both healthcare workers with two medium dogs. We are very friendly but understand boundaries and privacy. We are very cleanly folks who like to have a very clean and orderly house. We enjoy company and once in while having friends over. We will always be considerate to every member of the household and ask the same in return.
