About the room
It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bath. You get your own room.
The living room is U-shaped and has a plywood wall separating it from the rest of the apartment, so community space is limited.

- quick drive or bike to UTD campus
- Gated community
- Pool+game room
- Will be getting washer and dryer soon
- Rent is cheap
Couples are welcome, but rent would go from $500 to $700, and we’d move my little brother out(and you two in) to the big room with the big closet.
We have one reserved covered parking spot, and many relatively close uncovered guest spots. Traditionally the covered spot has gone to whomever had seniority, but we’ll give it to you for an additional $50/mo.
About the roomies
22M compsci major, 26M full time Electrician(me). He lives and breathes game development with a focus on VR/AR, plays LoL and Pathfinder. I don’t spend much time at the apartment. We both like Mtg. We both have good integrity.
