I had my home built in 2022 . It’s a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath . 3 rooms upstairs and 2 full bathrooms and a den one bedroom is fully furnished if needed . Huge backyard . I live in a nice quiet community. About the roomies
There is no other roomies living in the home . I was going to air BNB to traveling nurses . But opted out , I drive trucks and 70% of the time I’m away from home . I felt this would be a way to make a lil extra money. I don’t have much of Any company . So no worries about a house full of people lounging around . I’m pretty quiet and lowkey . As I stated I don’t be home much .
