$750/month, with the first month prorated. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Utilities (lights and water) included.
Access to washer and dryer.
Perks of the home: Located on a serene lake with boat and dock access. Situated on an acre of land for extra privacy.
Important Notes: This is a dog-friendly home with dogs inside. We also have several bird. If you’re afraid of dogs, this isn’t the right fit. No families, single renter only. Proof of income required.
$50 background check fee.
