Large master bedroom and bath (furnished or not) with 2 large mirrored wardrobes, new carpet, available in Skyline MHP, South Torrance (mobile homes are not trailers), wheelchair accessible, new appliances in kitchen for the chef, washer/dryer in laundry room and covered parking. Separate entrance (if preferred). The property has a pool, Jacuzzi, patio furniture, barbeques. Security guard on duty 6 P.M.- 6 A.M. in an already quiet, safe neighborhood. Skyline is centrally located, across the street from Rolling Hills Plaza, and is close to the beaches, sports venues, shopping, eateries, public transportation and more. Visiting children are welcome!
About the roomies
I am 65+ and live with my cat, Cricket. RESPONSIBLE renters only please. Will consider pet, if possible. Young people encouraged….I have had mutual wonderful experiences with them over the years.🤗 I have had male “roomies” in the past, but they just don’t seem to work out 😒. I need to have someone who is respectful of me and and appreciates what my home has to offer. I do expect my “roomie” to be tidy of the common areas and clean up after yourself. Feel free to make your room your own
