About the room
Need someone just for August. It’s a one bedroom studio. I’m the owner. You would get the bedroom. You will have your own door to enter and exit the building. The bedroom doesn’t have a door, but I have a separation screen between both rooms.
I sleep in the living room. We’d share the bathroom and kitchen. IMPORTANT: I have two cats. PLEASE BE CAT FRIENDLY. I can keep the cats away from the bedroom but sometimes they will want to go and nap under the bed.
It’s located a block from Flamingo park and a couple blocks away from Lincoln Road Mall. A few more blocks East to the beach.
About the roomies
I work remote from home in the living room area. I have two cats who are friendly once they get to know you.
