About the room

Hi! looking for someone to take over my end of the lease for this unit located in Eagle Rock Apartments on Columbia Pike. I’ve moved in with my girlfriend at the end of May, so this unit is currently available for move in. The current lease runs through the end of December 2026. I have one other roommate Erick that currently lives there with a pet cat.

The complex (Eagle Rock Apartments) is located right off of Columbia Pike in Arlington, VA. There’s many bus stops within walking distance from the apartment and metro stops within proximity.

The unit includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, a private balcony, and some storage area.

About the roomies

My roommate Erick is 30 years old and works at the Pentagon. He has a younger cat name Sargent that gets along with other dogs and cats. He is a friendly, considerate roommate that has been easy to live with.
