I have a newly renovated room in a large house available now for rent. Home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of street parking near freeways, CSUN, shopping, and restaurants. House is 2600 sq. ft and is kept clean using a monthly cleaning service and friendly roommates. We are a mix of guys and girls.

Everyone has their own schedules and keeps to themselves, so it will feel like most of the time you have the house to yourself. Friendly, mellow cat lives inside. The house is kept clean so even people with allergies usually are not bothered. Your room was renovated in 2022:

-All the walls stripped down to the studs -New electrical, sound proofing insulation, soundproofing drywall -New fan, Dimmable LED lights, fresh paint -There is a desk nook and shelving built into the room (you don’t need to provide/waste space with your own desk. -Built in closet organizer, bookshelf -Keyless locking room door with touchpad -New bamboo solid wood flooring. -Bathroom was stripped down to studs and updated with high quality stone and fixtures. Limestone flooring, porcelain tile walls and floor in shower , LED mirror. -Bidet installed on toilet. There’s even an outlet behind the toilet if you want to charge your phone. -Built in electrical in various spots in wall: if you have a TV, it can be mounted with no wires hanging.

Deposit: $500 Rent: $1300 Utilities: We split the bill 5 ways, billed every 2 months. Usually about $100 a month. Cleaning: We each pay $60 a month for the cleaners. They deep clean the entire house, including your room.
