Upstairs is the master bedroom & bath plus 2 other bedrooms and shared bath. Finished basement has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, huge hang out room and laundry. Backyard has hot tub (not sure if it works!) and there is also community pool and hot tub just a few doors away! The rest of the backyard landscape is being redone. Ideal roommate is chill, friendly, neat and avoids drama. Home is non smoking. Drugs, Excessive drinking will not be tolerated.

All of the roommates are very chill and get along like family. We hang out whenever possible. We enjoy playing guitar and piano, watching movies and playing games. We pitch in when things need doing around the house. Each roommate works unique schedules and are all respectful of each other. We are all. Close in age (19 - early 20’s).
