There is a screened in porch with a fully fenced back yard. There is off street parking for one car that must be kept in working order. Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer and Dryer Access.

I am a fairly independent and young at heart homebound 60-year-old female with no spouse, or children trying to make ends meet on a fixed income. My home is clean, pest free, quiet, and drama free. I spend my time working on my computer, listening to music, reading, or watching movies. I have two small dogs and one cat; they are all social. I am quiet, openminded, and laidback. I would prefer to have someone that works full time, but I would consider someone that is semi-retired. The room is partially furnished. No small children, or overnight visitors.
