About the room

Seeking a clean and quite professional to move in immediately. No couples please. I have a charming house on a cul-de-sac with easy access street parking. My two level home includes: an upper level with covered patio, updated kitchen with new appliances, and a place to play pool. The lower level would be your private space with plenty of light, it includes a nice sized bedroom with closet, living room with an electric fireplace, and a newly remodeled bathroom. The entire downstairs has newer carpet and has been freshly painted. The laundry room is the only shared space in the lower level.

Shared spaces also include the sun deck and large yard. These make for a great place to entertain, garden, or just lay back and relax. In addition, there is a large empty shed that is yours for storage.

No pets please because my small male papillon does not get along with other animals.

The monthly rent is $1200 with WiFi included but all other utilities would be part of your responsibility and shared with 2 other roommates that live upstairs.

Lease terms are negotiable but 12+ months is preferred. However, we can do a month-to-month but would require a minimum of 3 months.There will be a $500 deposit required upon move in. If on a month-to-month lease - 2 months rent and deposit is required. There will be a background and credit check is required.

My name is Kenny and I’ve worked in the fuel and oil industry for 40+ years. I am a clean, respectful, and easy going guy. I live alone on the property with my little 5lb papillon dog Odie. I’ve lived in Colorado for 26+ years and know a lot about what Colorado has to offer. My house is a short driving distance from parks, historical downtown Loveland, Fort Collins and Estes Park. I do enjoy riding my motorcycle, playing pool, and watching football with a buddy or two. As an older gentlemen, I am not looking to have a party house or invite drama to live in my home. My previous tenants lived with me for years but just recently bought a home.
