Hey there! I’m looking for a roommate to join me in my apartment at East Boston. It’s a 2 bed 1 bath apartment and we are looking to sub lease it since my previous roommate left. The apartment is a modern new styled apartment in a commercial area. There is two blue line stations and a commercial shopping plaza less than a 10 minute walk. There is also free street parking with a resident sticker which is also free. Laundry in the building and dishwasher in-unit! Utilities include Wi-Fi and Electricity, which can come up to an additional $80-100 depending on the season (electricity can fluctuate).
You’d be sharing the apartment with me. I’m 24 years old and I’m currently working in the city. My hobbies include watching movies, exploring new restaurants, and I’m always down for a good time but also value my private space and will respect yours as well!
