About the Condo: • 1 bed / 1 bath condo — you’ll have the private bedroom • Condo mostly yours; I’m rarely in town. • Ideal for someone spending time in Mammoth during the summer season • Bathroom is shared • Your room features a new king mattress, fresh paint, recessed lighting and a quiet electric wall heater • Kitchen & bathroom are fully functional (note: kitchen is scheduled for cabinet upgrades during the summer) • Fully equipped with stove, fridge, air fryer, coffee maker, microwave and toaster • Access to pool, sauna, jacuzzi, bike rack, bbq in the complex

Living Situation: • Condo mostly yours, owners/roommates visit occasionally during the summer • There will be a few short stays for kitchen cabinets replacement/installation (timing will be communicated in advance)

Parking: • Open (not assigned) parking • Building allows 2 cars total — 1 for you, 1 for owners when visiting

House Rules: • Quiet hours: 10 pm – 7 am • No smoking, vaping, 420, drugs, parties, or pets

Rental Terms: Summer season only, rented month-to-month. Current pricing reflects summer rates and will increase starting October 1 for winter season.

Condo mostly yours; we are rarely there. We will stop by occasionally over the summer to work on kitchen/toilet cabinet updates and will stay in the living room during those short visits.
