Location is prime! you don’t need a car, everything is few blocks away (2 grocery stores: 1 block, UPS & CVS: 2 blocks, Brand new large City Library at the end of the street, Public Transportation), Plenty of restaurants and bars. You are right in the Trendy Hillcrest neighborhood.
We’re friendly but keep to our own rooms mostly, using the kitchen but rarely have friends over so the Living room and TV would be mostly for your use. We clean after ourself and the place is well maintained.
