Looking for a F roommate to rent the large master suite in a 2 br condo in Longmont. The master suite has 2 closets, a large nook for a desk or whatever, and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Open and ready to move in June 1!

The condo is well-maintained, has hardwood floors throughout, great natural light, a peaceful balcony, and a fenced courtyard at the entrance. Kitchen, laundry room (in unit), and living area are shared. Garage is shared for storage. Clean, quiet neighborhood close to bus, shopping and easy ways to get to Boulder or beyond.

This is a GREAT location! It is an upstairs condo (stairs are inside) off Nelson and Airport, 5 min to Hwy 119 and there is a bus stop on the corner. Target, King Soopers, the new mall, and other amenities are a 5 min drive. The neighborhood is quiet and there are many sidewalks and trails all around. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. And the view of the Rockies is beautiful! You can’t find a better location than this!

The kitchen is super nice, with all the appliances. The living room is quite large and I don’t have much furniture besides the necessities (not pictured). Please no smokers including 420, no drugs, heavy drinkers, or loud/party people. I have a quiet dog and cat already, so NO OTHER PETS per the landlord.

Rent is $900 a month PLUS Utilities (half of internet, electric and water bill) which is about $75/month average. A deposit of $900 is required. The deposit is in case you do not give me a 1 month notice or if any damages are left behind. I am wanting someone to commit for a year. My landlord will also need to do a background check for $70.

A little about me: I’m 31, F, and I’m a social worker in Boulder. I’m the easiest person in the world to live with because I’m so chill. I like the house to be clean but I understand that we are human and clutter/mess does happen, just don’t make a habit of it. I enjoy listening to music, binging on Netflix, reading and cooking, and occasionally having friends over. I am gone most of the day and my dog will be at doggy day care most of the time, but my cat will be home. I am pretty quiet, so if you want to keep to yourself, that’s fine. I just don’t want to live with a total stranger!
