I work overnights maintenance so it’s usually pretty quiet come 9:30pm and won’t be home again until 7:30am. My old game room(second bedroom) is what’s being rented out. You’ve got access to the living room, bathroom, balcony as well as access to the seasonal grill area and pool. There is also a 24/7 fitness center at the clubhouse if that’s something that peaks your interest. Number 1 rule: you must be cleanly at all times. Smoking is allowed off the property (in the parking lot). Parking is available.

I work full time maintenance as stated on the overnights so when I get home, I’m usually sleeping until about 2-4pm. I do game after I wake up out in the living room. My misses is particular about being cleanly and as for me, I don’t accept attitude very well. I’ve had bad roomies in the past. Let’s not have that one be you. Utilities are covered by us which include internet, electricity, gas and heating. All you gotta do is pay up by the 4th of every month at the latest.
