Camera surveillance on the entire property. Home alarm system. Chickens, 1 outdoor/indoor cat, and numerous fruit trees on the property. $750 monthly on a month-to-month basis. Security deposit of $600 required. Usage of on-site laundry facilities. $100 monthly for one outdoor pet (cats only). Looking for someone wanting a home, not just renting a room.
